Event:              12th Annual Community Safety Day

Location:          Rocky Mountain House Arena

Event Date:      Wednesday, May 3, 2017

Event Time:     9:00am to 3:30pm

RSVP:    Please register for a booth by completing the on-line registration form prior to March 21st. Late registrations will ONLY be accepted if room is available. 


  • A standard booth size is 10’ wide X 10' deep and includes one 6’ table and 2 chairs. Larger spaces, more tables and chairs are available upon request. Please indicate on your registration form what you need.

  • Indoor & Outdoor spaces are available for your displays and demonstrations. Please indicate your preference.

  • Set up times will be available Tuesday, May 2 @ 2:00pm and Wednesday, May 3 @ 7:00am to 8:30am. All booths must be completely set up by 8:30am. 

  • An emergency response/housekeeping meeting will be @ 8:45am MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.

  • Power is available but extension cords are not supplied. Please indicate on your registration form if you require power to your booth.

  • Passport to Safety engages everyone attending; each booth will be provided with a stamp, once your safety message has been shared with the passport holder the passport is stamped. Once a passport has at least 10 stamps it can be entered in a draw to win a door prize. Your donation of a safety related door prize is greatly appreciated, please indicate on the registration form if you will be able to help out.

  • There is no cost to those attending the event.

  • We will provide FREE BBQ and beverages to everyone.

  • Registration for vendors continues to be free; HOWEVER, with the economic situation that Alberta is facing it is increasingly hard to find sponsorship to cover all the costs of this event. If your organization is able to provide a donation (any amount acceptable $50; $100; $250, etc.....) it would be greatly appreciated. Cheques can be made payable to Community Safety Day and mailed to Box 55 Site 2 RR3, Rocky Mountain House, AB T4T 2A3. Thank you.
